The difference caffeine makes

6AM: 5km in 35:42 (7:07/k)

...5 scoops of Nescafe later

6PM: 5k in 17:30 (3:30/k)

(I don't really believe the numbers on the treadmill panel, but I had it cranked up as high as it could go - 16.5ish kph - and it didn't even feel like tempo pace:D)
